Paul Stockard currently serves as Chairman of Quality Assurance India Services and Systems (QA India) and in this role is responsible for the vision, business plans, policies and procedures of the company, and for establishing connections with business partners and clients

Paul has 25 Years experience in IT, with his first 15 years as a programmer, systems designer and project leader, primarily on IBM mainframe projects. The last 10 years his emphasis has been Quality Assurance and Testing Strategies; he has worked on client-server and mainframe projects as Project Leader, Test Team Leader and Software Development Manager.

Paul has been certified as a Testing Practitioner in the UK by the British Computer Society’s Information Systems Examination Board, and in PRINCE2 project management method by the UK Office of Government Commerce.

He has in-depth hands-on and management experience in all phases of the software development life-cycle: (Requirements analysis, system design, programming, QA, and testing). He has software development experience in the following fields and industries: Insurance, Credit Card, Energy, Communications, Pensions, Investment Performance Measurement, Construction Finance, General Ledger and other Financial, Transportation, Medical, Cartography, Retailing, Contract Performance, and Operating Systems.

Paul has always been attentive to emphasize clarity as a higher value than cleverness in delivering reliable systems on-time and within budget and which can be easily maintained.

Paul was born and raised in the USA. For the past 10 years he has been a permanent resident of the UK. He continues to work with clients in the UK, in the USA, and in Germany.

 

Ms. Nishta (Shirley) DeLewis is an American currently living in Pune, India. She serves as Director of Staffing and Training for QA India Services and Systems (QA India).

Her 12+ years experience includes Airlines, Banking, Manufacturing, Jewellery, Petroleum, Telecommunications, Accounting, Publishing, Engineering/Construction, and Warehousing, covering both enterprise and industry specific systems.

Her primary role at QA India is to support employees in ensuring that their knowledge of testing and software process improvement methodologies is thorough, accurate and up-to-date. She utilizes her extensive industry knowledge of IEEE, CMM, TMM and years of working with the Quality Assurance Institute (U.S.). She also incorporates various corporate methodologies she has used. In her training role at QA India, Nishta utilizes her extensive hands-on experience with project and team management, requirements analysis/management, test planning, environment setup, defect management, automated test tool selection/implementation, and business process re-engineering (BPR).

While at Fujitsu Consulting, Nishta worked with clients in the capacity of sales and marketing. This included discovery of what was needed for a given project ensuring time and budget was spent on what was accurately needed. helping them

She also functions in a recruiting role ensuring highly qualified personnel for both in-house and client needs.

Nishta is a Certified Quality Analyst (CQA), a Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) and a Provisional Certified SPICE Assessor (Software Process Improvement Capability dEtermination--ISO 15504) (CPSA).

She is the founder and past chair of the Seattle Area Software Quality Assurance Group in the U.S. (www.SASQAG.org).

She has managed international software quality conferences and participated in speaking engagements at many quality events.

At Fujitsu Consulting (formerly DMR Consulting) in their Seattle, Washington office, Ms. De Lewis served as Northwest QA & Test Director for over six years.

Washington Mutual Bank: Project Director, managing a business process re-engineering project creating a performance improvements work flow.
